Ralph & Loralee Ward
Assistant District Directors
We are Ralph and Loralee Ward from Muncie, Indiana. We have been married 27 years with a blended family of 3 adult children and 6
grandchildren. Loralee retired from Ball State University in 2007 with 26 years of service and Ralph will retire from Ball State in 2010 with 27 years
of service.
When we are not riding, we have traveled in 48 states and several Canadian
provinces, we like to spend time at our lake house near Silver Lake, IN.
We were introduced to GWRRA at a rest stop on our annual trip to
Michigan to fish by members from Chapter E which is still our home
chapter. We have been members since 1987 serving in various offices
including the chapter director for almost 5 years. We currently serve as
treasurer and MEC officers. Ralph and I have always loved to travel by
motorcycle and our wedding gift to each other in 1983 was a 1978 CX 500.
We have attributed our many cherished friendships, travels, and personal
growth to our involvement in GWRRA. We have been honored to serve on
five (5) District Teams through the years………..what a great family!
